Arjuna is a natural, rich antioxidant and anti-inflammatory capable of fighting the body’s free radicals, which are responsible for causing severe ailments like cancer, heart disease, gout, arthritis, osteoporosis, other diseases of the joints and spine, and pains caused by these diseases. It boosts immunity, reduces cholesterol, stimulates blood circulation, and increases the oxygen supply to different organ cells, which naturally cures their diseases. It improves heart and liver health and balances sugar levels.
Ashwagandha is best known for its stress-lowering effects. Many cancer patients experience stress related to the diagnosis, treatment, and symptoms associated with cancer and its treatment. The fear of disease recurrence can also be a stressor. Ashwagandha lowers cortisol levels (a hormone produced by adrenal glands in response to stress). Note
- We need to boil herbal tea perfectly. Pour one teaspoon per cup of herbal tea into the water when it starts boiling, and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes to make it useful as a medicine. To make one cup of tea, you may have to take more than one cup of water because boiling for 4-5 minutes after it reaches boiling point will lead to evaporation of some water. Do not add milk to it which may reduce its beneficial properties. If you want to sweeten it, add Raw honey for 3-4 minutes after pouring it into the cup, or add a few dried organic stevia leaves while boiling it.
- Herbal tea can also prevent heart disease, joint disease, and cancer. To use its preventive benefits, it should be replaced with black or green tea at least twice daily from 35 years of age.
