Consultancy Procedure

Most of our treatment for complex and so-called incurable diseases is based on a combination of Homoeopathy, Naturopathy, Yoga, Acupressure, and Herbalism. We treat most acute diseases with Homoeopathy only.

  • ACUTE DISEASES :  All diseases whose onset is sudden and curable within a few hours to a few days of treatment are known as acute diseases.
  • CHRONIC DISEASES :   All diseases with slow and progressive onset are termed Chronic Diseases, and their cure requires long-term continued treatment.

CONSULTATION FOR CHRONIC PROBLEMS: To consult the Doctor for any chronic problem, the Patient or their carer must complete a Patient History Form, which you will find below. Download the form, fill it completely, and send it to us as an attachment by email. All available medical reports must also be attached to the email. Please allow us 3 -4 days to respond to you. We will contact  all the  Patients with  a video call on WhatsApp or on MS Talk to  ask some more questions before advising them on the suggested course of treatment. Once the treatment is designed, we shall call again to explain fully the mode of suggested treatment.

We encourage online consultation for the convenience of the patient.  Selection of suitable medicine for chronic problems is a time-consuming process. We need to record a lot of information about the patient.  Any chronic case may take hours to complete.  Patient may feel inconvenient and uncomfortable sitting so long in the clinic, whereas sitting at home he may do so with little ease.  However, there may be some cases when we find it necessary to see or examine the patient personally, or the patient may even like to come to us.  In all such cases, we suggest coming with a prior appointment only to reduce waiting time at our clinic.  However, sending the duly filled-in Patient History Form even for in-person meetings at the clinic is necessary to reduce the time required to record all the information sought in the form.

CONSULTATION FOR ACUTE PROBLEMS: Patients need not complete the Patient History Form for acute diseases.  We have advised homeopathy-based treatment for almost all common acute problems on Swasthya Bhandar’s website. The Patient or their family members may treat the Patient without visiting the doctor. Still, some people may not like to select the right medicine themselves without consulting a doctor.  In such a situation, or even otherwise in case of need, the Patient should write their problems in as much detail as possible by email, or WhatsApp message. We will revert as early as possible. If needed, we shall make a WhatsApp call to the Patient or their carer, take all the required information, and suggest the medicine to be given via WhatsApp. Even during the continuation of treatment, if any follow-up consultation is required, the Patient or their carer may contact us as often as needed through WhatsApp messages, and we shall get back to them as early as possible.

CONSULTATION FEE:

 

  1. Chronic and complex cases: INR 1,000/- valid for one month; or

  INR 2,500/- valid for three months.

&nbspDuring the validity period the patient may call us as many times as he needs.

 

  1. ACUTE CASES:

We charge no fee for Acute diseases, and our consultancy for all acute cases is free.  However, to provide medicine to the patient as early as possible in all Acute cases, we encourage them to keep some medicines at home so that whenever needed, we simply suggest which medicine is to be given, and the patient receives medicine instantly without visiting us and/or a homoeopathic medical shop. Cost-wise also, this will be very economical.  Though, initial expense (investment) may be a little bit, consumption (Actual expenses) for the entire family may be just a few hundred rupees per year.  Since homeopathic medicines do not have any expiration date, their effectiveness will not diminish even if they are kept for several years.

Willing persons can buy these medicines either from us or from any homeopathy store.  Even those who do not want to keep medicines at home and prefer to buy them whenever needed may also benefit from our free consultancy.  In any case, to avail of our free consultancy, registration with us is a must, which is also free. Just complete the Registration Form given below and send it to us.  We shall record and send you a reference number, which must be used every time we consult.  We suggest buying original German medicines only from a reliable store.  At our clinic, we use medicines made by Dr. Reckeweg & Co. only, except in exceptional cases when the required medicine is not made by them, and it becomes a compulsion to use other brands. Patients or families residing near Swasthya Bhandar’s clinic can even collect prescribed medicine from the clinic at a nominal payment of INR 50 to INR 100 per vial (dispensed in globules), sufficient for 2 to 4 days of medication, which normally be sufficient to cure the problem.

We suggest to keep the following medicines in liquid form only (Except Biochemic medicines). Keeping these in globules form may diminish their effectiveness with time.

STANDARD PACKAGE : (May be sufficient to cover 75 – 80 % of Acute problems, present MRP may be around Rs. 4300/- .

All the medicines mentioned in Primary package plus the followings :

All the medicines suggested in Primary and Standard package plus the followings :

NOTE:

Along with the medicines of any package mentioned above  we supply 8 Nos of  reusable empty &nbspphial (four each of two  different sizes) and 100 Gms of plain Globules also to dispense the required &nbspmedicine at the time of need . Moreover, Packing and Courier charges for any shipment valuing &nbspmore than Rs. 2000/- is free.  All of our medicines are procured from reliable and well tested sources &nbspfor decades only.

  1. There may be some instances when the patient may require some other medicine than suggested in &nbspthese packages.  In such situation, individuals residing nearby to our clinic may come and take that &nbspparticular medicine on payment and distant / outstation patient shall have to  buy from a reliable &nbspHomoeopathic shop nearby to their respective places.
  2. If buying from elsewhere, you need to buy some Phial and Globules also.

Though exceptionally, there may be some instances when the doctor may be out of station when our response to your mail/ WhatsApp message may be little delayed.  However, before leaving the station, we shall try our best to inform all the persons registered with us and/or under our treatment.  Moreover, even being out of station, we shall try our best to respond you atleast in the morning and evening if we could not in the day time.

  1. We charge no fee  from individuals who are affected by poverty for the treatment of any kind of disease , and we also give them free medicines at our clinic.
