Method of Practice: Bhastrika Pranayama

Sit comfortably in Sukhasana (Easy Pose). Keep your spine erect, eyes gently closed, and place your hands on your knees in Jnana Mudra (touching the tips of the index fingers and thumbs together). -

Inhale slowly and deeply, filling the lungs completely. Retain the breath comfortably for a few seconds according to your capacity. Then exhale. Healthy individuals may exhale more forcefully, whereas those who are unwell or have respiratory weakness should exhale gently and comfortably. -

Continue this practice for 5 to 10 minutes, or for the desired duration as per your comfort and experience.
