Appointment Cancellation or Rescheduling
Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to two days before the scheduled date. In case of cancellation, the paid fee will be refunded within 2–3 days. You will be notified via WhatsApp or email.
Rescheduling Policy
A booked appointment can be rescheduled up to three times. Once an appointment has been rescheduled, it cannot be cancelled.
