GARUDASANA

Method of Practice: Garudasana (Eagle Pose)

    Stand upright in Tadasana (Mountain Pose).

    Slightly bend your knees, lift your left leg, and wrap it around your right leg. Rest the back of your left thigh against your right thigh, and if possible, hook your left foot behind your right calf.

    Cross your arms in front of your body, placing one elbow over the other.
  • 04
    Bring your palms together and point your fingers upward.
  • 05
    Maintain the posture for a few seconds while breathing normally.
  • 06
    Exhale and slowly return to Tadasana.
  • 07
    Repeat the same steps on the opposite side.
  • 08
    Practice 3–5 repetitions on each side.

  • Avoid forcing the leg or arm wrap if flexibility is limited. Practice the modified version if necessary.
