Consultancy Procedure

Swasthya Bhandar’s treatment for chronic, complex, and so-called incurable diseases is based on a judicious combination of Homoeopathy, Home manageable Naturopathy, Yoga, Acupressure, and Herbalism. We treat most acute diseases with Homoeopathy only. Our services are available throughout India, and patients can take our suggested treatment at home without visiting any treatment center. Even weak or bedridden patients can receive treatment at home with the help of their carer.

ACUTE & CHRONIC DISEASES:

  • All diseases whose onset is sudden and curable within a few hours to a few days of treatment are known as Acute Diseases.  Food poisoning, cough & cold, fever etc are some example of Acute diseases.  We provide absolutely free prescriptions for the treatment of such diseases as per the procedure given below. 
  • All diseases with slow and progressive onset are termed Chronic Diseases, and include diseases since berth also. Cancer, Diabetes, Diseases of the Heart (Blockages, Valvular, hole and other) Diseases of the Spine, Joints, Lungs, Liver, Kidney, Old age, Females, Hormones  etc are some examples of Chronic Diseases. Cure of such diseases requires long- term continued treatment including periodical consultation , continued medication etc that depending upon the condition may last from a few months to a few years. 

 CONSULTATION FOR CHRONIC PROBLEMS:

  1. To determine the right treatment for all such cases we first need to do case taking  and we charge Consultancy Fee and cost of medicines also for all Chronic Diseases as per details given below.
  2. Contrary to the conventional system of treatment, selection of Homoeopathic medicines is not done with the name of the disease. Name of the disease can just give a rough idea of the probable duration of the required treatment to get a permanent cure. To find suitable medicines, along with physical symptoms of the patient, we need to know general and specific mental and emotional symptoms as well. Additionally, we also need to know complete medical history of the patient right from his childhood of all the diseases treated for more than fifteen days irrespective of their co-relation with the present problems.
  3. To fully take up a chronic case we need to ask too many questions and may take about an hour or even more. The patient receives a choice of either to visit our clinic for this or to get connected with us on phone or video call to answer our questions. Many patient all over India as well as overseas find our On-line consultancy equally effective and more convenient.  In either case prior appointment for this is a must to avoid any disturbance during case taking.
  4. In-depth analysis of the case and determining a suitable course of the complete treatment is again a time taking process and we may take a day or two to revert back after case taking to inform approximate cost of the medicines and a tentative time our treatment may require to get cured. After receiving clearance from the patient, we prepare required medicines, mode of their use, photos/ videos of all other accessory measures suggested and to send them by courier. Nearby patient , as per their choice, may collet it personally also visiting our clinic.
  5. Once the courier is received, we provide complete guidance and practical training also over a video call to make patient comfortable in taking the suggested treatment himself or with the help of his carer. Even after practical training, our written guidelines with photos & videos help the patient/ his carer to recall the procedure/s and in case of need we always remain available to provide proper guidance over phone or a video call as per need.
  6. Treatment of such diseases may run several months, generally we review the progress at a gap of one month. In some exceptional cases we may even review more than once a month.  Depending upon the progress , the prescribed medicines  need suitable  changes from time to time.  
  7. Patient opting online case taking over phone or a video call may send us their all available medical reports and screenshot of the payment of fee as per Bank details given below on WhatsApp No. 91458 11010 or by mail on drds1947@gmail.com.  On receipt,  We shall revert back to fix up a suitable time for case taking as per convenience of both. 
  8. Patient, if prefer to visit our clinic for case taking may WhatsApp a very short description of their problem/s or may even make a phone call to seek an appointment and may pay fee at our clinic at the time of case taking. They may either send their available medical reports in advance by WhatsApp / mail or must not forget to bring with them.
  9. Patient already under Allopathic medication, may need to stop these in a phased manner.

CONSULTATION FEE (for Chronic and complex cases only) : INR 1,000/- valid for one month or Rs. 2500/- valid for three months. . During the validity period the patient may call us as many times as he needs.

CONSULTATION FOR ACUTE PROBLEMS:

  1. We do not charge any fee for our prescription to treat acute problems.  However, we have one small requirement to enable us to provide you with our absolutely free prescriptions throughout life and one suggestion for your benefit only. These are as follows:

OUR REQUIREMENT: To avail yourself of our free prescription services, you need to get a Membership Number (absolutely free)  from us once in a lifetime. To get this number, download and fill out the Membership Form, which is given below. After recording your particulars, we will send you your membership number via WhatsApp/mail. You must mention this number whenever you or your family member on our record  have any acute problem and need our free prescription.
  3. OUR SUGGESTION: To provide the quickest treatment to the patient, we suggest you keep some basic Homoeopathic medicines at your home so that on receipt of our prescription, the patient can receive medicine also without waiting for the Homoeo medical shops to open and wait to buy the medicine.  It is important to note that acute problems worsen as time passes, requiring more time for a complete cure. The earlier the medicine is administered the shorter the recovery period. Moreover, the treatment of some acute problems requires immediate medication. If the medicine is unavailable at home,  you may have to rush to a hospital. Still, if the medicine is available with you, the patient may be cured within a few hours at home without seeking outdoor medical help.
  4. HOW TO CONSULT: The Patient should write their problems in as much detail as possible via WhatsApp message at any time. We will respond as soon as possible. If needed, we shall call to collect the missing information and suggest the mode and medicine to be given via WhatsApp. Even during the continuation of medication, if any follow-up consultation is required, the Patient or their carer may call us as often as needed to seek help.

In case of a genuine extreme emergency, just after sending a WhatsApp message, you may call us to seek our immediate prescription.

We suggest to keep the following medicines in liquid form only (Except Biochemic medicines). Keeping these in globules form may diminish their effectiveness with time.

Addition of these medicines to the Primary package (Without additional medicines suggested for standard package) also shall be advantageous to quite some extent.
 
There may be a situation when the patient may require medicine other than available with you and in all such cases, whenever needed nearby  patient may take from us and distant patient may have to buy from a store.
 
g.  Exceptionally, Swasthya Bhandar’s Doctor may be out of the station. In such situations, the Doctor’s response to your email or WhatsApp messages may be delayed by a few hours. However, before traveling, we try to inform all the member patients and try their best to respond to Patients’ queries as soon as possible, at least in the morning and evening during all such days of being out of the station.
 
h.  You may buy these medicines either from any Homoeo medical shop or even from us at their MRP. We do not levy courier charges even on orders of INR 2,000 and above.
 
i.  Those, buying these medicines from any Homoeo medical shop are advised to buy original German medicines only from a reliable shop. At our clinic we use medicines made by Dr. Reckeweg & Co only except when a particular medicine is not made by them at all and use of other brand becomes a compulsion.
  1. We charge no fee to individuals affected by poverty, even in chronic cases, and we also give them free medicines at our clinic.
