CURE BLOOD PRESSURE WITHOUT MEDICINES

HOW SERIOUS IS BP

BP IS A SILENT KILLER  because it does not generally exert any symptom. So you never know about your sufferings while it quietly keep damaging your arteries, heart, kidney, brain and eyes to the extent of heart attack, strokes, kidney failure and death; also  swelling of the optic nerve, and potential permanent vision loss or eye stroke.

COMMON BP STATISTICS

  • 67% Do not know that they are suffering with BP.
  • Even after knowing most people do not change their life style.
  • Only one in five (20%) sufferers take medicine.
  • Only one in ten get their BP controlled with medicines.

CAUSATIVE FACTORS

  • Leading a sedentary life- no/inadequate physical activities.
  • Late-night, Irregular working and/or food hours;
  • Eating after sunset
  • Not/ inadequately managing  your stress level
  • Consumption of alcoholic drinks, tobacco , smoke.
  • Not maintaining  proper Alkaline Acid food ratio (80:20) .
  • Being fond of too salty or sweet things.
  • Consumption of refined food items – refined sugar, refined salt, Refined Oils , Maida,  polished rice & lentils.
  • Consumption of fried food and food having  chemicals, preservatives, additives etc. – (thus , processed food , ready to eat items, preserved food items, Bakery products, Namkeen etc )

ETIOLOGY  OF BP

Our entire blood vessels including smallest capillaries have a thin, single layer of specialized cells, known as endothelium. This layer is considered brain of the blood vessels.  It  is a dynamic, single-cell lining of arteries that acts as a vital, active organ . It separates blood from the vessel wall. It is an important distributed vital organ of the artery for our cardiovascular health.  It  regulates vascular tone (blood pressure via dilation/constriction), controlling permeability, It forms a highly regulated, continuous, and selectively permeable monolayer that separates the blood from the artery wall, determines which substances can pass into the underlying tissue (intima). Under normal conditions, this layer acts as a barrier, limiting the passage of large molecules (like LDL cholesterol) and cells while allowing the transport of nutrients and gases.

The endothelium does so by  producing nitric oxide (NO),  that provides flexibility and stretchability to blood vessels.  Reduced endothelial production of NO (endothelial dysfunction) leads to vessel constriction, stiffness, and hypertension, making it a critical driver of high blood pressure.

Role of Nitric Oxide (NO) in BP Control

  • Primary Vasodilator: NO is  a chemical that opens up blood vessels.
  • Potent BP Reducer: It acts as a metabolic modulator of blood  that tonically suppress blood pressure by about .
  • Response to High BP: When BP rises, increased shear stress triggers the endothelium to release more NO, acting as an immediate, 2–10 second counter-mechanism to reduce pressure.
  • Counteracting Constriction: NO balances the effects of vasoconstrictors like endothelin.

BP & MEDICATION

  • BP can not be cured with medicines. Doctors use to manage it with lifelong medication.  One medicine can reduce BP upto 15 mmHg only .  Thus, if your BP is 160 as against normal of 120, you need 4 medicines  to manage it.
  • BP medicines inter alia weakens the heart with the result heart beats at a lower pace than its normal capacity.  In turn, weakening of heart result in other severe medical conditions besides other side effects of prolonged medication.
  • However, if your BP is too high, you definitely need some medication for some time. In  our opinion, Homoeopathic or Ayurvedic medicines are better options as compared to allopathic ones.
  • Either way, it is unavoidable to understand that BP is a life style disease and its real cure lies in only and only life style modification and not in medicines.

REGULATING BP PERMANENTLY

  • MAINTAIN A HEALTHY WEIGHT : Reduce weight if overweight.

FOOD : Certain food acts a  natural precursors of nitric oxide( NO)  and also help in  maintaining acid- alkaline  ratio. Let these be your normal food habit. These are :

  • Leafy Greens & Root Vegetables : Spinach, All leafy vegetables , lettuce, beetroot, carrot, radish , turnip,  etc.  are excellent sources of nitrate which is a precursor of NO. While cooking reduces nitrate content, chewing enhances.  So, take plenty of salad and include some leaves also in your bowl of salad.
  • Citrus Fruits: Oranges, lemons, and grapefruit are high in vitamin C, which maximizes the absorption and bioavailability of not only nitric oxide but of all other minerals and vitamins also.
  • Other Fruits :  Pomegranate,  Watermelon, Cherries & Grapes.
  • Garlic, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds.  Use of garlic as a spice in cooking diminishes its nitrate content .  so, take it raw empty stomach. Nuts need to be eaten  soaked .
  • Use whole grain flour combined with mota anaaz ( millets, jwar, jao, chana. Maize etc)  more fiber intake means more NO production inside the body.
  • Use rock salt instead of sea salt. Can even switch to potassium salt from sodium salt provided no one in the family has any kidney problem. Tata super Lite 30  has 30 % low sodium.  There is a still better way to reduce salt intake – take fruits and soaked nuts, buttermilk or milk  only in the breakfast and fruits and milk only in the dinner.
  • Avoid fried food, Refined food items, junk food, food containing chemicals, preservatives, additives etc.
  • Avoid Alcohol, smoking, chewing tobacco, any other addiction and animal food.

EXERCISE : Our body needs all the three types of exercises – Aerobic, Dynamic and Isometric. So either we need to do all these or still better way to do walk (8-10000 steps), Yoga, pranayama, & meditation  these covers all the three type of exercises besides added benefits.

At our website, you can even find details of yoga, pranayama etc ,  homoeopathic medicines and acupressure points to permanently cure your BP yourself. www.swasthyabhandar.com>diseases and consultancy>some diseases>cardiovascular diseases.
